If you wish, you may list up to three faculty members whom you would like to have on your moderation board along with your advisor. Be aware that while we will try to take your preferences into account, in many cases we won't be able to do so.
***DO NOT LIST YOUR ADVISOR HERE!***
At least one of the faculty members you list should be from Written Arts. You don't need to have worked with the Written Arts faculty member to request his/her presence on your board.
The other members may be chosen from any program in the college.

Please indicate the genre in which you think you might wish to write a creative senior project. THIS IS NOT A COMMITMENT. If you are not sure, you can use the "Other" option to offer a brief explanation, or to make your best guess based on your interests and experience so far.
(Screenwriting is pursued through the Film program, playwriting through Theater, and a journalism senior project would generally be best facilitated by Human Rights. If you intend to pursue any of those tracks, a Written Arts major may not be right for you. In that case, choose the "Other" option below and explain.)
